Attractivity and Positivity Results for Nonlinear Functional Integral Equations via Measure of Noncompactness

چکیده
Using the techniques of some new measures of noncompactness we prove in this paper some existence theorems concerning the global attractivity and ultimate positivity of the solutions for a nonlinear functional integral equation. Our investigations are placed in the Banach space of real-valued functions defined, continuous and bounded on unbounded intervals together with the applications of a recent measure theoretic fixed point theorem of Dhage [7]. On one hand, our results generalize the attractivity results of Dhage [9] with a different method and the results of Banas and Rzepka [4] and Banas and Dhage [5] with similar method but under weaker conditions and on the other hand they are new to the literature as regards ultimate positivity of the solutions for nonlinear functional integral equations. A few realizations of the obtained results are also indicated. Mathematics subject classification (2010): 45D05, 45G10, 47H10.

Some generalizations of Darbo's theorem for solving a systems of functional-integral equations via measure of noncompactness
In this paper, using the concept of measure of noncompactness, which is a very useful and powerful tools in nonlinear functional analysis, metric fixed point theory and integral equations, we introduce a new contraction on a Banach space. For this purpose by using of a measure of noncompactness on a finite product space, we obtain some generalizations of Darbo’s fixed-point theorem. Then, with ...
متن کاملA Generalization of the Meir-Keeler Condensing Operators and its Application to Solvability of a System of Nonlinear Functional Integral Equations of Volterra Type
In this paper, we generalize the Meir-Keeler condensing operators via a concept of the class of operators $ O (f;.)$, that was given by Altun and Turkoglu [4], and apply this extension to obtain some tripled fixed point theorems. As an application of this extension, we analyze the existence of solution for a system of nonlinear functional integral equations of Volterra type. Finally, we p...

In this article to prove existence of solution of infinite system of nonlinear integral equations, we consider the space of solution containing all convergence sequences with a finite limit, as with a suitable norm is a Banach space. By creating a generalization of Meir-Keeler condensing operators which is named as F-generalized Meir-Keeler condensing operators and measure of noncompactness, we...

In this paper, we study the existence of solutions of some nonlinear Volterra integral equations by using the techniques of measures of noncompactness and the Petryshyn's fixed point theorem in Banach space. We also present some examples of the integral equation to confirm the efficiency of our results.
متن کاملOn global attractivity of solutions of a functional-integral equation
We prove an existence theorem for a quadratic functional-integral equation of mixed type. The functional-integral equation studied below contains as special cases numerous integral equations encountered in nonlinear analysis. With help of a suitable measure of noncompactness, we show that the functional integral equation of mixed type has solutions being continuous and bounded on the interval [...
